شماری از فعالان جامعه مدنی وباشنده گان این ولایت می گویند که آنان در جریان سال ۱۳۹۴ هجری خورشیدی با مشکلات زیادی از جمله نا امنی و بیکاری دست وپنجه نرم کردند و ادامه این روند زنده گی آنان را با چالش های زیادی روبرو ساخته است.

اما درین سال نیروهای امنیتی هرات توانستند ازده ها حمله هراس افگنانه درشهرو ولسوالی های این ولایت جلوگیری نمایند.

رویداد های که باعث به وجود آمدن وحشت شدند پس ازسقوط کندز آوازه ها درباره هجوم طالبان به شهروولسوالی ها بودند سقوط ولسوالی غوریان هرات بدست طالبان وحمله های گروهی هراس افگنان به ولسوالی های شیندند ، کشک کهنه ، گلران ، فارسی واوبه باعث شد باشنده گان این ولایت به وحشت بی افتند.

درین سال هزارها باشنده این ولایت به هدف پناهنده شدن ازکشوربیرون رفتند وده ها هراتی درآب های یونان وترکیه جان دادند

خلیل پارسا فعال جامعه مدنی گفته است:" "رد پای داعش به عنوان یک گروه بین المللی در افغانستان دیده شده. وضعیت اقتصادی مردم خراب شده، که نگرانی بسیار زیادی در این رابطه وجود دارد. بسیار زیاد از مردم بسوی مهاجرت رجوع کرده."

اما درین سال هراتیان به خواسته دیرینه شان نیز دست یافتند. کارآبگیری بند سلما آغازشد وباشنده گان این ولایت به جشن وپای کوبی پرداختند.

آغازکارجاده کمربندی شهرهرات آغازفعالیت پنج کارخانه تولیدی درشهرک صنعتی این ولایت نیزبرای هراتیان امید بخش بوده است

همچنان امسال باشنده گان شهرهرات شاهد عملی شدن عقب نشینی جاده مرکزی شهرهرات بودند ، برنامه یی که عملی شدن چهل سال به طول انجامیده بود

جیلانی فرهاد سخنگوی والی هرات:" "در این سال پس از سال ها چشم به انتظار بودن مردم هرات شاهد آغاز به کار پروژۀ تاپی بودند و به راه اندازی جشن های ملی و مردمی از آغاز به کار این پروژۀ بزرگ استقبال کردند. همچنان در نیمه های سال گذشته شهروندان هرات بصورت بسیار بی سابقه آبگیری پروژۀ بسیار بزرگ زیربنایی بند سلما را به جشن و پای کوبی گرفتند."

ولایت های دیگر حوزه غرب کشورنیز درین سال با فرازوفرود های همراه بودند

درین سال طالبان ولسوالی جوند ولایت بادغیس را به اداره خود آوردند وداروندار این ولسوالی را وتجهیزات نظامی نیروهای امنیتی با خود بردند اما نیروهای امنیتی این ولایت توانستند سرانجام این ولسوالی را ازاداره طالبان بیرون کنند

غورنیزشاهد محاصره چندین روزه ولسوالی چهاره صده بود ونیز طالبان تا دروازه های شهرفراه رسیدند وبرنهاد های دولتی حمله کردند

اما سال یک هزاروسیصد ونود چهارسالی پردست آورد برای بانوان هرات بود

رویداد های خود سوزی زنان بگونه چشمگیری کاهش یافت وده بانوی هری نشین ازسوی نهاد های ملی وجهانی موفق شدند مقام ها ومدال های را بدست بیاورند

آمارهای خشونت دربرابرزنان نیزامسال درهرات کاهش یافت

محبوبه جمشیدی رئیس امورزنان هرات گفته است:" ۹ تا ۱۰ خانم در هرات بعنوان چهره های برتر، بعنوان زنان افتخار آفرین هرات، توانستند به امتیازات و جایزه های ملی و بین المللی دست بیافند و این افتخارات را به هرات آوردند."

Based on figures provided by the Central Statistics Organization, there has been a 50 percent decrease in Afghanistan's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth as compared with the past year.

Officials at the organization said the fall of the Afghani against foreign currencies has also led to a drop in the per capita income of the country.

Considering the economic downtu this year they said Afghanistan's GDP will be lower than one percent.

"You know that when income does not rise along with increase in population, then this can lead to a crisis. The current situation in Afghanistan is very dangerous," said Hasibullah Mowahed, the deputy head of the department.

He said that the govement should devise special plans to at least protect the gains of the past years.

Meanwhile, a number of economic analysts said that due to a 13 percent drop in the Afghani, against foreign currencies, the inflation rate in the country is on the rise.

"There are lots of problems and as we had little growth last year, so economic problems have increased dramatically and even the middle class of the country is poor and they don't have anything," said Mohammad Yunus Mohmand, the deputy chairman of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ACCI).

According to the Central Statistics Organization, income distribution inequality is 39 percent in Afghanistan and it means a large part of the wealth in the country is with a few people and a large number of people are hardly making ends meet.

Embattled Afghan security forces have been engaged in bloody battles with insurgent groups throughout 1394. Battles have raged on several fronts across the nation after the Taliban launched numerous offensives against security forces in the south and northe regions of the country.

Amid a deteriorating security situation, experts however stated poor leadership and mismanagement of the war were the main problems within the Afghan security institutions - which also led to the dramatic fall of the northe town of Kunduz to the Taliban for three days last year.

Analysts say that the geography of the war also changed during this period and that the Taliban displayed new tactics in the fight against Afghan forces.

Based on TOLOnews' security report, more than 9,000 security incidents were recorded across Afghanistan during 1394 and the Afghan security forces launched up to 6,000 counterinsurgency operations.

1394 was also considered the year of survival for Afghanistan and the Afghan forces spent one of the toughest periods on the battlefields. But insurgents also extended their activities to include the collapse of Kunduz.

The Taliban, after fourteen years of armed struggle against Afghan forces, managed to enter Kunduz city on September 28 and kept the city under siege for three days.

The Taliban were ousted from the city after fifteen days - with the help of U.S air strikes. Even then, Taliban fighters held on to areas within the city for a few weeks.

TOLOnews' security reports illustrate that overall 9,827 attacks were recorded across Afghanistan during 1394 and that the Afghan security forces also carried out 6,679 counterinsurgency operations across the country including 250 air strikes.

The insurgents also carried out 97 suicide attacks.

"If our steps are reaction based, for instance they attacked this or that area, so let's react, then this does not mean that we have an upper hand," said Mirza Mohammad Yarmand, former Deputy Minister of Interior.

Following the fall of Kunduz to the Taliban, the security situation worsened in Faryab province which finally forced President Ashraf Ghani's first VP General Abdul Rashid Dostum to take command of security forces in the area and conduct an operation against the Taliban. They suppressed the Taliban and forced them to flee Maimana, the city center of the province.

In the south, Taliban managed to seize Musa Qala district of Helmand, while the war almost reached Lashkar Gah city center - raising huge conces among the residents.

The situation in Baghlan also deteriorated and the Taliban posed major threats to Dand-e-Ghori and Dand-e-Shahabuddin district of the province as well as to Pul-e-Khumri, the city center of Baghlan.

"Management was weak. There were irregularities and lack of discipline to the limit that no one was ready to accept the orders of their superiors," said Atiqullah Amrkhel, a military expert.

The emergence of Daesh in Nangarhar in easte Afghanistan was another cause for conce 1394.

Initially the govement refused to acknowledge the existence of Daesh in Afghanistan but following bloody fighting between the Taliban and Daesh militants, Afghan officials confirmed that the brutal group had started activities in the country and were recruiting locally.

Based on TOLOnews' security report, Helmand, Nangarhar, Faryab, Kunduz and Kandahar were the most insecure provinces while Bamiyan and Panjsher provinces were the safest.

"In the last year's operations, our ground and air troops have killed 1,580 Daesh militants," said an MoD official.

In 1394, the Afghan forces carried out military campaigns against insurgents in at least 22 provinces and stopped them from advancing. The fighting finally led Washington to change tactics on its draw down policy of U.S forces from Afghanistan and removed the zero troops option from the table.

Despite militants having tried their utmost to threaten northe Balkh, hundreds of development projects have been implemented over the past solar year in the province.

According to Balkh police, three deadly terror attacks took place in Balkh this year that left more than 20 people dead and around 100 wounded. Most of the victims were civilians.

More than 300 cases of violence against women were registered in the province, including 25 cases of honor killings and 20 cases of rape.

As many as 334 public projects to the value of Afs550 million have been implemented.

"The projects directly benefit around 56,000 families (about 400, 000 people)," said Abdul Baset Aini, the provincial director of rural rehabilitation and development.

Around 600,000 students went to school this year and 49 percent of these students were girls.

"Around 183 schools in the province still don't have buildings," said Hamayun Rahmani, an official at the provincial education directorate.

For the first time a contract for the construction of a special mateity hospital was signed - with Germany. The hospital is expected to cost about 15 million Euros.

Mirwais Rabi, the provincial director of public health, described this as a big project, which is expected to be completed within three years.

The acting goveor of Balkh, Ata Mohammad Noor, wearing military uniform, personally went to the front line to curb militancy in the province. He for the first time this year confirmed the presence of Daesh fighters in the province and said that the group wanted to expand its activities to Central Asia.

Economic growth in the province, however, was slow this year, as scores of factories went bankrupt. Insecurity and the lack of a market for goods were the main reasons behind the bankruptcy of factories.

President Ashraf Ghani's deputy spokesman Sayed Zafar Hashemi said on Saturday that this last year has been one of survival for Afghanistan and that the govement had been able to overcome a number of challenges.

Addressing a press conference on the eve of Nawroz, the first day of the new solar year in the Persian calendar, Hashemi, along with other ministry spokesmen gave a run-down of the achievements and challenges these past 12 months.

Hashemi said govement leaders had reviewed all contracts and taken decisions so as to bring transparency to Afghanistan.

He went on to say that the Afghan govement had tried to close the gap between Kabul and the provinces.

Hashemi said Ghani had tried to attract the support of European and Central Asian countries in his quest to get more help for Afghanistan.

The ministry of defense's spokesman, Dawlat Waziri also gave a run-down of his ministry's achievements and challenges.

He said 1394 had proved a challenging year for them but that the enemies failed to reach their goals against the Afghan govement and its people.

According to him, Afghan forces carried out more than 1,300 planned military operations during 1394 - plus numerous night operations.

He added however that the enemies also carried out many attacks in 1394 but they suffered more than 1,000 casualties in Afghanistan.

Ministry of Interior spokesman Sediq Sediqqi also stated 1394 had been a challenging year especially as security forces had to shoulder the full responsibility of maintaining stability in the country.

Sediqqi says the ministry of interior focused on reforms within its system and police forces focused on maintaining security.

He said Afghan police participated in military operations with the Afghan National Army and the NDS during the course of the year but added that 1394 had also been a challenging year for the enemy - their causalities increased and their plots were foiled.

According to him, one of the biggest achievements in 1394 by security forces has been the elimination of senior Taliban commanders.

He went on to say that Afghan forces seized 22,000 tons of drugs and arrested nearly 2,000 people in connection with dealing with drugs over the past 12 months.

"Militant casualties in Afghanistan increased by 30 percent over the past 12 months," Sediqqi said.

He said however there was a small increase in casualties among police in the past year.

Meanwhile, the ministry of finance spokesman Ajmal Hamid Abdul Rahimzai said the MoF worked on ways to spend inteational aid effectively.

Rahimzai said that in 1394 there was an eight billion Afs increase in national revenue collected against the previous year and that MoF had spent 56% of the development budget for the year, which is an 11 percent increase compared to the previous year.

Rahimzai stated that computers have now been installed in customs offices nationally in order to bring about transparency in this sector and that the ministry intends to spend its development budget for next year on long-term projects that create jobs.

Ministry of Education spokesman Mujib Mehrdad meanwhile said they have published 22 million text books for schools in the past year. He said the ministry has also launched plans to assist school principals throughout Afghanistan.

In the past two months, the U.S has fired off 251 bombs and missiles in drone and air strikes against Daesh in what is a marked increase against the same period last year.

According to the New York Times, this is part of President Barak Obama’s efforts to eliminate the group that recently emerged in Afghanistan and seized territory outside Iraq and Syria.

The newspaper reported that the 251 strikes carried out in January and February in Afghanistan were more than three times the number of strikes in the same period last year, according to data compiled by the Air Force.

This comes after Obama gave U.S troops more leeway to launch attacks on Daesh.

But the report stated that although the strikes have dealt a heavy blow to Daesh, Afghan and American commanders are conceed about the overall security situation in Afghanistan as the Taliban appear stronger than at any point since 2001.

The report states that the Taliban’s estimated 20,000 to 40,000 fighters are thought to be at least 20 times the number of militants aligned with Daesh.

But the increase in airstrikes in Afghanistan has set off a debate in Washington, among national security experts, with some questioning whether the administration should treat each emerging Daesh affiliate as a legitimate threat to the United States that requires a military response, or whether the focus should be more on the Taliban than Daesh, reported the New York Times.

It stated that under the current rules of engagement ordered by Obama, U.S troops can attack the Taliban if they pose a direct threat to those forces but the military has far more latitude to engage fighters from Daesh.

Gen. John F. Campbell, the departing American commander in Afghanistan, said that broader authority granted to him by Obama to attack Daesh fighters had enabled him to take more aggressive measures against the terrorist group.

“We’ve significantly increased our ability to go after ISIL (Daesh), particularly in Nangarhar,” Campbell said.

But a Pentagon spokesman, Jeff Davis, said Friday: “Although considerable challenges remain, the department is confident that the Afghan security forces are continuing to develop the capabilities and capacity to secure the country against a persistent insurgent threat.”

شصت و یک سرنشین هواپیمای بویئنگ ۷۳۷ مربوط به شرکت "فلای دوبی" زمانی کشته شدند که این هواپیما که از شهر دوبی عازم شهر رستوف نادونوی روسیه بود دچار سانحه‌ی هوایی شد و سقوط کرد.

این هواپیما در حالی دچار این حادثه شد که می‌خواست با هوای خراب دست و پنجه نرم کرده و نشست کند اما موفق به این کار نشد و بخشی از آن آتش گرفت که در نتیجه‌ی آن تمام این هواپیما در شعله‌ی آتش فرو رفت.

این شرکت پس از این حادثه در صفحه فیسبوک خود چنین نوشت: "فلای دوبی بسیار متأسف است که اعلام می‌کند که پرواز اف "زی ۹۸۱" در زمان نشست دچار اختلاش شده و سقوط کرد و تلفات ناشی از آن را نیز تأئید می‌کنیم."

مقام‌های وزارت خدمات عاجل در دوبی بیان داشتند: "تمام مسافران هواپیمای بوئینگ که ۶۱ تن بودند جان باخته اند."

تلویزیون روسی لایف نیوز گزارش داد که این هواپیما چندین صد متر دورتر از خط پرواز سقوط کرده است.

تصویری که در رسانه‌های روسی به نشر رسید نشان می‌دهد که این هواپیما در شعله‌های آتش در حال سوختن است و این خود نشانه‌ای از وخامت این حادثه می‌باشد.

شرکت بوئینگ گفت که آنان از این حادثه آگاه اند. این شرکت در صفحه‌ی تویتر خود در این باره چنین نوشت: "ما از گزارش‌هایی که از روسیه دریافت کرده ایم از این حادثه آگاه هستیم و تیم ما در حال جمع‌آوری جزئیات بیشتر در این باره است."

Turkish and EU leaders on Friday agreed on a "historic" deal for curbing the influx of migrants that has plunged Europe into its biggest refugee crisis since the end of World War II.

Under the deal, all migrants arriving in Greece from Turkey as early as Sunday will be tued back.

But the leaders waed that a Herculean task lay ahead to implement the accord. And rights watchdogs said they would monitor it closely to ensure that those seeking asylum were protected.

Turkey extracted a string of political and financial concessions in exchange for becoming a bulwark against the flow of desperate humanity heading to Europe from Syria and elsewhere.

"It is a historic day because we reached a very important agreement between Turkey and the EU," Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said after the deal was struck at a summit in Brussels.

"We today realized that Turkey and the EU have the same destiny, the same challenges and the same future."

EU president Donald Tusk said that under the deal, all "irregular" migrants would be retued to Turkey from Sunday.

For every Syrian refugee expelled, the EU would resettle one directly from Turkey.

Tusk said the deal would only work as part of a broader plan, including support for Greece, the main point of entry for migrants to Europe, and cutting the flow of refugees through the Balkans to Germany.

"Some may think this agreement is a silver bullet but reality is more complex," said Tusk, who has played a leading role in a crisis that has seen 1.2 million asylum seekers reach Europe since January 2015.

Around 4,000 people including women and children have drowned crossing the Aegean Sea in flimsy smugglers' boats, including 400 this year alone.

For its cooperation to stem the flow, Turkey won an acceleration of its long-stalled bid for EU membership, the doubling of refugee aid to six billion euros ($6.8 billion U.S) and visa-free travel for its nationals to Europe's Schengen passport-free zone by June.

But there remained huge doubts about how to implement such a scheme, not least due to still often-tense relations between Ankara and Brussels.

"This is a Herculean task facing us," European Commission chief Jean-Claude Juncker told the press conference.

He said some 4,000 border officials and other experts will need to start working immediately on implementing the deal that will cost the EU up to 300 million euros over six months.

EU officials stressed that each application will be treated individually, with full rights of appeal and proper oversight.

Turkish officials as well as UNHCR officials will be sent to the Greek islands to oversee the scheme.

The deal also envisages major aid for Greece, where tens of thousands of refugees are already trapped in dire conditions after Balkan countries shut their borders.

The deal will not affect the 46,000 migrants already in Greece, who will either be expelled as economic migrants or granted asylum.

سازمان دیده بان حقوق بشر امروز جمعه نگرانی اش را در رابطه به مسدود ماندن مرز یونان و مقدونیه بروی پناه جویان ابزار کرده و می گوید که هم اکنون بیش از چهار هزار مهاجر از جمله زن و کودک درمرز میان دو کشور در وضعیتی بدی شب وروز را سپری می کنند.

این نهاد ازکشورهای اروپایی سخت انتقاد می کند که چرا مرزهای شان را به روی این پناهجویان باز نمی کنند.

بیش از چهار هزار مهاجر، به شمول شهروندان افغانستان که بخش بزرگی آن زنان و کودکان استند، در مرز میان یونان و مقدونیه گیر مانده اند و شب و روز را در انبارهای کهنه، خیمه ها و حتا موترهای باربری سپردی می کنند.

احمد فرهاد آرین، مهاجر افغان گفته است:"تمام این خانواده ها، تمام این مردمان حتا حاضر استند خودشان را بکشند، اما نمی خواهند به ترکیه ویا افغانستان برگردند. مرزها را باز کنید"، "ما هم انسان استیم."

اقلیمه، مهاجر افغان:"من با مادر و سه خواهر من، یکجا بودم، اما در مرز ایران مادرم نتواست همراهی ام کند، چون نمی توانست راه برود. من باید به ترکیه بروم. اما مادرم... نمی دانم مادرم کجاست."

با آنکه اتحادیه اروپا تصمیم گرفت بیش از شصت هزار این پناهجویان را به کشورهای دیگر اروپا انتقال دهد، اما شهروندان افغانستان که یک چهارم این پناهجویان را می سازد، شامل این برنامه نیستند.

همایون حیدری، مهاجر افغان گفته است:"باور کنید که افغانان با چالش بزرگ امنیتی رو به رو استند. شما می بینید که طالبان چه کار می کنند، حالا داعش هم در کشور وجود دارند."

بیش از چهل هزار پناهجو در مرز میان یونان و مقدونیه از هفته ها بدین سو گیر مانده اند. مسوولان حتا نمی توانند برای این پناهجویان غذا، آب و مراقبت بهداشتی بسنده فراهم سازند و این روند دیده بان حقوق بشر را واداشته است تا عملکرد کشورهای اروپایی را انتقاد نماید.

کمیته جهانی صلیب سرخ روز جمعه در یک نشست خبری نگرانی اش را از نادیده گرفته شدن جنگ افغانستان از سوی جامعه جهانی سخت اظهار کرد.

رییس کمیته جهانی صلیب سرخ با ابراز نگرانی ازافزایش خشونت ها درافغانستان می گوید که جامعه جهانی افغانستان را فراموش نکرده است بل جنگ این کشور را نادیده گرفته است.

وی می افزاید به همان پیمانه یی که خشونت ها درافغانستان افزایش میابند، توجهی جامعه جهانی به افغانستان کاهش میابد.

پیتر ماورر، رییس عمومی کمیته جهانی صلیب سرخ که سرگرم یک دیدار ازکابل است، اوضاع افغانستان را ناگوار می می داند.

افزایش خشونت ها و تلفات غیرنظامیان، به ویژه زنان و کودکان درجریان جنگ وخشونت های مسلحانه این مقام را سخت نگران ساخته است.

پیتر ماورر، رییس عمومی صلیب سرخ گفت:" پس از سی و پنج سال جنگ، ما افغانستان را می بینیم که بیش از یک میلیون تن افراد بیجاشده دارد. ما می بینیم که شمار معیوبین در مقایسه با سال هزار و نه صد و نود، دوبرابر شده است."

وی می افزاید که بحران افغانستان نباید نادیده گرفته شود.

آقای ماورر می افزاید که :"جنگ افغانستان فراموش نشده است.اما این جنگ نادیده گرفته شده است."

شماری از فعالان مدنی و مدافعان عرصه حقوق زنان در یک گردهمایی که امروز جمعه برگذار گردید، برگذاری دادگاه های صحرایی را در کشور نکوهش کردند و خواهان کیفر سخت با عاملان این رویدادها شدند . آنان از حکومت می خواهند تا به فرهنگ معافیت از مجازات پایان دهد و عاملان خشونت ها را مجازات نماید.

شرکت کننده گان این گرد همایی از چگونگی فیصله دادگاه در برابر قاتلان فرخنده نیز سخت انتقاد کردند و خواهان تامین عدالت شدند.

شرکت کننده گان این گرد همایی قتل فرخنده ، سنگسار رخشانه ، گلو بریدن تبسم و دها خشونت دیگر را در کشور جنایت نا بخشودنی دانسته خواهان کیفر سخت به عاملان این رویداد ها شدند ..

ویداساغری، یک تن از فعالان عرصه حقوق زنان در این رابطه گفته است:"ازمردم می خواهیم که در دادگاه های صحرایی شرکت نکنند و چنین رویداد هایی را به نهاد های عدلی و قضایی راپور بدهند و نهاد های عدلی و قضایی نیز سلیقه یی برخورد نکرده و فیصله عادلانه کنند و اعتماد مردم را جلب کنند ."

در این گرد همایی جوانی که در پکتیا بخاطر آموزش خواهرش دست به اعتصاب زده بود نیز شرکت کرده است و قتل فرخنده را مایه شرمساری می داند و خواهان کیفر سخت به عاملان این رویداد شده است .

خان ولی عادل، باشنده ولایت پکتیا گفته است:"قتل فرخنده یک رسوایی و شرمساری است و حکومت باید کسانی که ماره شرمسار ساخته است به کیفر برساند ."

شرکت کننده گان این گرد همایی می گویند که کارنامه های حکومت را زیر زره بین مردم است و حکومت باید در تامین عدالت از هیچ گونه تلاش دریغ نکند .

داوود ناجی، فعال عرصه مدنی گفته است:"هرگاه حکومت قاتلان فرخنده و رخشانه را مجازات نکند به خود ضرر کرده است و مردم اعتماد اش را از دست خواهد داد باید حکومت برای بقای خودش هم عدالت را تامین کند و اعتبار و اعتماد خود را نزد مردم حفظ کند ."

امسال سال پر خشونتی در برابر زنان بوده است ، نسبت به هرسال دیگر کشور بیشترین مجازات ها را در داد گاه های صحرایی گواه بوده است که کشتن و سوزاندن فرخنده ، سنگسار رخشانه و سربریده شدن تبسم از رویداد های تکاندهنده خشونت ها در این سال بوده اند .

سازمان دیده بان حقوق بشر امروز جمعه نگرانی اش را در رابطه به مسدود ماندن مرز یونان و مقدونیه بروی پناه جویان ابزار کرده و می گوید که هم اکنون بیش از چهار هزار مهاجر از جمله زن و کودک درمرز میان دو کشور در وضعیتی بدی شب وروز را سپری می کنند.

این نهاد ازکشورهای اروپایی سخت انتقاد می کند که چرا مرزهای شان را به روی این پناهجویان باز نمی کنند.

بیش از چهار هزار مهاجر، به شمول شهروندان افغانستان که بخش بزرگی آن زنان و کودکان استند، در مرز میان یونان و مقدونیه گیر مانده اند و شب و روز را در انبارهای کهنه، خیمه ها و حتا موترهای باربری سپردی می کنند.

احمد فرهاد آرین، مهاجر افغان گفته است:"تمام این خانواده ها، تمام این مردمان حتا حاضر استند خودشان را بکشند، اما نمی خواهند به ترکیه ویا افغانستان برگردند. مرزها را باز کنید"، "ما هم انسان استیم."

اقلیمه، مهاجر افغان:"من با مادر و سه خواهر من، یکجا بودم، اما در مرز ایران مادرم نتواست همراهی ام کند، چون نمی توانست راه برود. من باید به ترکیه بروم. اما مادرم... نمی دانم مادرم کجاست."

با آنکه اتحادیه اروپا تصمیم گرفت بیش از شصت هزار این پناهجویان را به کشورهای دیگر اروپا انتقال دهد، اما شهروندان افغانستان که یک چهارم این پناهجویان را می سازد، شامل این برنامه نیستند.

همایون حیدری، مهاجر افغان گفته است:"باور کنید که افغانان با چالش بزرگ امنیتی رو به رو استند. شما می بینید که طالبان چه کار می کنند، حالا داعش هم در کشور وجود دارند."

بیش از چهل هزار پناهجو در مرز میان یونان و مقدونیه از هفته ها بدین سو گیر مانده اند. مسوولان حتا نمی توانند برای این پناهجویان غذا، آب و مراقبت بهداشتی بسنده فراهم سازند و این روند دیده بان حقوق بشر را واداشته است تا عملکرد کشورهای اروپایی را انتقاد نماید.

رییس کمیته جهانی صلیب سرخ با ابراز نگرانی ازافزایش خشونت ها درافغانستان می گوید که جامعه جهانی افغانستان را فراموش نکرده است بل جنگ این کشور را نادیده گرفته است.

وی می افزاید به همان پیمانه یی که خشونت ها درافغانستان افزایش میابند، توجهی جامعه جهانی به افغانستان کاهش میابد.

پیتر ماورر، رییس عمومی کمیته جهانی صلیب سرخ که سرگرم یک دیدار ازکابل است، اوضاع افغانستان را ناگوار می می داند.

افزایش خشونت ها و تلفات غیرنظامیان، به ویژه زنان و کودکان درجریان جنگ وخشونت های مسلحانه این مقام را سخت نگران ساخته است.

وی می افزاید که بحران افغانستان نباید نادیده گرفته شود.

Asghar Stanikzai, the Afghanistan captain, chose to bat in his team's Super 10 opener against Sri Lanka at Eden Gardens in Kolkata, India, on Thursday evening and steered his team to 153/7 in 20 overs in the ICC WT20 match against defending champions Sri Lanka.

Stanikzai played a crucial innings of 62.

Earlier the Afghan captain chose to bat after winning the toss.

Speaking after the first half, Stanikzai said when asked about the target his team had set that "it is a fighting score."

Asked whether he thought Afghanistan could win the match, the skipper said: "Inshallah. Hopefully we will win this."

This comes after Stanikzai joined the chorus of Associate voices calling for more opportunities to play against Full Members.

Speaking to the media on Wednesday, Stanikzai said the level of talent in Afghanistan was evident from their remarkable climb up the cricketing ladder over the last decade, and said the gap between Full Members and Associates would only narrow from more regular competition.

"You can't make big comparisons between Afghanistan and other Associates," Stanikzai said. "Many other Associates have been playing for the last 30 to 40 years, participating in World Cups and other events. But if you see Afghanistan's history at the elite level, when we have only been playing for the last 6 to 7 years.

"In that time we have achieved what other nations couldn't do in 30 to 40 years. It shows how much talent Afghanistan have to play at the elite level. Definitely we need more games against the Full Members, it can increase our experience in the game."

Pointing to Afghanistan's recent ODI and T20 series wins over Zimbabwe, both home and away, Stanikzai said his side had what it took to beat a Full Member side.

"If we play against other Associate countries, we will get experience from each other, but if you play with a Full Member, like we did against Zimbabwe in ODIs and T20s, you lea how to beat them. We now have that experience. As long as we play more games against Full Members, the distance between Associates and Full Members will reduce."
